The Atlantic hurricane season is heating up, and a phenomenon known as the Cabo Verde “storm train” could fuel a series of storms in the coming months. Originating off the west coast of Africa, this surge of tropical waves is predicted to generate multiple named storms, potentially as many as 13, before the season concludes in November.
