A flood watch has been issued for Southern California due to heavy rainfall, posing a risk of flash flooding across the region. The National Weather Service (NWS) has alerted residents, particularly in Imperial County, the Salton Sea area, and surrounding valleys, to be prepared for potential flooding from 1–9 p.m. on Monday.
