A tropical wave south of Mexico has a high chance of developing into a tropical depression, similar to Tropical Depression Eleven-E in the Pacific. This wave is already causing widespread storms, and forecasters predict a low-pressure system will likely form within two days, possibly becoming a tropical depression by midweek. The system is projected to move west-northwest, close to the Mexican coast.
