The National Weather Service has issued freeze warnings for several states in the Midwest, including Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, and Kansas, due to a late-season cold spell bringing sub-freezing temperatures. Southeast Michigan could see temperatures as low as 18°F, while Ohio and Indiana are expecting lows around 29°F to 31°F. Iowa may experience temperatures as low as 22°F, and parts of Illinois and Kansas could drop to the mid-20s Fahrenheit.
