The provinces from Quang Tri to Khanh Hoa have been severely impacted, with homes in Nha Trang submerged under water, forcing families to evacuate their belongings. Many areas have reported water levels exceeding one meter, causing roads to be washed out, bridges to collapse, and widespread isolation of communities. Landslides along key mountain passes have resulted in fatalities and have brought travel to a standstill.
