Tropical Storm Octave has slightly weakened but continues its westward trek in the Pacific Ocean. As of the latest updates, the storm is situated approximately 965 miles southwest of Baja California. Octave’s sustained winds have decreased slightly to 50 mph, and it is moving west-northwest at 8 mph.
