Hue experienced an unprecedented 1,085.8 mm of rain in just 24 hours, marking the highest rainfall ever recorded in the country. Rivers have overflowed, necessitating evacuations by boat and disrupting major train routes. Streets and neighborhoods across Hue remain inundated, isolating communities and causing significant disruption.
