Japan has issued a tsunami advisory for its eastern coastline after a 6.7 magnitude earthquake struck the Pacific Ocean. The Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA) issued the advisory for parts of Japan’s eastern coast on Sunday. The earthquake was centered approximately 78 miles east of Yamada, at a shallow depth of about six miles.
