Much of the U.S. is experiencing unusually warm temperatures this week, with several regions potentially breaking or tying temperature records. Forecasters predict the most significant warmth will be concentrated in Texas, the lower Mississippi Valley, and parts of the Southeast, where temperatures could be 10 to 25 degrees above normal. This mild air will extend from the Plains into the Midwest and Northeast by midweek.
