Snow accumulations in these areas could range from 1 to 3 inches. Meanwhile, metro Atlanta is expected to see minimal impact, with snow accumulations likely limited to an inch or less. The transition from rain to snow is anticipated as temperatures drop below freezing, particularly south of the metro area.
