Significant snow and rain to hit West Coast
The West Coast is bracing for a series of major storms expected to bring significant mountain snow and heavy rain. This offers a much-needed respite to drought-stricken areas, especially the Upper Colorado Basin. The New York Post reports a substantial dip in the jet stream is predicted to stall over the region starting Sunday, setting off an active weather pattern. This will lead to multiple storms delivering essential precipitation to both mountainous and lowland areas.
