Catastrophic floods in Mexico have resulted in at least 41 confirmed deaths and impacted over 150,000 people, with thousands displaced from their homes. Torrential rains have caused widespread devastation, submerging entire villages and triggering deadly landslides. The states of Hidalgo, Puebla, and Veracruz have been particularly hard-hit, with roads and bridges destroyed, isolating numerous communities.
