A cold front arriving Thursday morning will cause temperatures to steadily fall throughout the day, starting in the 40s and dropping into the 20s by evening. Brisk winds, with gusts up to 30 miles per hour, will make the wind chill feel about 10 degrees below the actual air temperature.
