I-25 closed due to high wind risks
On Thursday, Interstate 25 in Northern Colorado was temporarily closed in both directions from Fort Collins to the Wyoming State Line. The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) made this decision due to significant safety risks caused by strong winds. The closure affected all lanes from exit 268 at Prospect Road to the Wyoming border, primarily because of the potential danger from high winds.
