Severe storms ripped through Sallisaw, Oklahoma, causing significant damage to the Northeastern Health System hospital. The storms, characterized by heavy rain and damaging winds, tore part of the hospital's roof off, necessitating the immediate evacuation of nine patients. Fortunately, no injuries were reported during the incident.
