Hikers struck by lightning, rescued from peak
Two hikers were recently rescued from Humphreys Peak in northern Arizona after a harrowing lightning strike occurred while they were taking photographs at the summit. The hikers, who hailed from Flagstaff and Canada, found themselves in a perilous situation when one of them was unable to continue due to injuries sustained from the lightning.
