Overnight temperatures are forecasted to be in the low-to-mid teens, but wind chills will make it feel like single digits, with some areas experiencing near-zero conditions. Highs on Tuesday will reach the 20s, yet wind chills will keep perceived temperatures in the low teens or single digits. The Baltimore City Health Commissioner activates Code Blue Alerts when wind chills drop below 13°F, posing severe risks for prolonged outdoor exposure.
