Thunderstorms are expected to develop across the Southern Rockies and Southern High Plains from Wednesday into Thursday as a Western storm system shifts eastward. Moisture interacting with an advancing front will generate scattered thunderstorms, some of which may produce moderate rainfall. Higher terrain regions could see a mix of rain and snow, while lower elevations are more likely to experience widespread showers.
