Unseasonal storms have devastated Karachi, Pakistan, and parts of north-west India, bringing unprecedented rainfall, thunderstorms, hail, and strong winds. Karachi, the largest city in Pakistan, has been severely impacted, experiencing over 50mm of rain and wind gusts up to 60mph. The extreme weather has resulted in tragic consequences, including structural collapses, widespread flooding, and extensive power outages, leading to at least 18 fatalities and numerous injuries.
