Wind gusts reached up to 70 mph in these areas, with Montauk Point in New York reporting gusts of 84 mph. Snowfall totals exceeded 15 inches in many locations, including Central Park and JFK Airport, while some areas in Massachusetts and Long Island saw accumulations surpassing 30 inches. Rhode Island recorded an impressive 38 inches of snow.
