Juneau hit hard by four feet of snow
Juneau, Alaska, is currently dealing with the severe consequences of a recent snowstorm that blanketed the region with four feet of snow earlier this week. The substantial accumulation has led to widespread structural damage, including the collapse of the roof at the Juneau Shotokan Karate dojo and the awning at the Fred Meyer gas station. Fred Meyer has been temporarily shut down to facilitate snow removal efforts, and a reopening date has not yet been determined.
