Arctic air brings cooler conditions and snow

Following a period of unseasonably warm temperatures, with highs ranging from the 60s to 80s, residents are now experiencing cooler conditions in the 40s and 50s. Subzero lows are anticipated in areas such as North Dakota, Minnesota, and Wisconsin early next week.
