Residents and visitors of the Jersey Shore and Delaware Beaches should prepare for rough seas and strong winds as a low-pressure system moves through the region. According to the latest weather forecasts, a low-pressure system will move into northern New England by Friday morning before exiting later that night. As it departs, strong west to northwest winds of 20–25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph are expected along the Jersey Shore and Delaware Beaches.
