NASA's Artemis II mission, the first crewed mission beyond low Earth orbit in 53 years, is set to launch on February 6,

NASA is gearing up for the Artemis II mission, a landmark event marking the first crewed voyage beyond low Earth orbit in over half a century. Scheduled for launch on February 6, 2026, with a launch window extending from January 31 to February 14, this mission will see astronauts Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover, Christina Koch, and Canadian astronaut Jeremy Hansen embark on a ten-day journey around the Moon.
