Hurricane Melissa weakened to a Category 3 storm Tuesday evening as it moved away from Jamaica toward eastern Cuba. The system, once a Category 5, now packs sustained winds of about 125 mph (205 km/h) and is expected to bring heavy rain, flooding, and strong winds to Cuba.
