Six major rivers, including the Skagit, Skykomish, Snohomish, Snoqualmie, Cedar, and Cowlitz, have surged past their major flood stages, posing significant threats to communities and infrastructure. The Skagit River near Concrete is projected to exceed its historical record, heightening concerns among local authorities and residents.
