Four tornadoes confirmed in central Oklahoma
The National Weather Service (NWS) has confirmed that at least four tornadoes touched down in central Oklahoma after severe storms swept through the region on Thursday morning. Among these were three EF1 tornadoes reported in the Purcell area, near Shawnee Twin Lakes, and in north Shawnee, along with an EF0 tornado close to Lake Thunderbird.
