Tropical Storm Kiko is expected to generate hazardous surf conditions as it passes north of Hawaii. While the storm is weakening due to wind shear, dry air, and cooler ocean waters, large ocean swells and dangerous rip currents are anticipated to impact the Hawaiian Islands, particularly near Kauai, through Wednesday.
