Tragedy struck the Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir as a cloudburst and a subsequent landslide claimed the lives of seven people late Saturday night. According to officials, five fatalities occurred in Jodh Ghati due to flash floods triggered by the cloudburst, while two others perished in Janglote following a landslide. Several individuals sustained injuries in these devastating events.
