IMD Warning: Heavy Rainfall, Storms in Few States

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued warnings for heavy rainfall and storms in several states. Continuous rainfall has been recorded across many parts of the country, with predictions of increased rainfall in Northeast India in the coming days. The monsoon season remains active, severely affecting regions like Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Jammu and Kashmir, and Haryana. These areas have experienced heavy rainfall leading to floods and casualties, particularly in Punjab and Himachal Pradesh.
