Amid cyclone warnings issued by the India Meteorological Department (IMD) for over 12 districts in Andhra Pradesh, the State Health Department has directed all medical personnel to remain on round-the-clock duty until the situation improves. During a late-night teleconference on Saturday (October 25), Health, Medical Education and Family Welfare Minister Satya Kumar Yadav emphasized the need for strong coordination among village, mandal, district, and State-level officials to ensure swift health responses as Cyclone Montha advances toward the coast.
