Alerts for Light Showers Across North and Central India The IMD has also sounded alerts for light rain, thunderstorms, lightning, and gusty winds in Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, and Rajasthan, expected between May 6 and 11.
Extended Rain Forecasts Rain is likely to continue: Till May 9 in: Gujarat, Konkan, Goa, Madhya Maharashtra, and Marathwada. Till May 7 in: Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, West Bengal, and Sikkim. Till May 9 in: Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, and Chhattisgarh.
Till this week in: South Interior Karnataka, Telangana, Coastal Andhra Pradesh & Yanam, Rayalaseema, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry & Karaikal, Kerala & Mahe.
