Delhi's air quality remained in the 'severe' category for the second consecutive day, with the Air Quality Index (AQI) reaching 414, according to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB). In response, Stage-III restrictions under the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) have been enforced to combat the escalating pollution. Tuesday marked the season's worst air quality, with the AQI hitting 423. CPCB classifies an AQI between 401 and 500 as 'severe,' while 301–400 is 'very poor.'
